Marketplace purchases
Retail prices are in KSH. After payment clears, kupaCoupon dispenses serial and PIN from a licensed supplier. Codes are single-use and non-refundable once revealed, except where required by law or a failed supplier dispense.
Agents
Agents must complete KYC, keep funds for wholesale buys, and may only resell authorized inventory. Commissions can be clawed back on fraud or chargebacks.
Acceptable use
No scraping of PIN vaults, no unauthorized API access, and no resale of stolen or counterfeit codes.
